Calling all AFHS PTSA Members!

Please come vote in your next PTSA Executive Board. We need a minimum of 20 members to reach quorum. While everyone in the AFHS community is invited to attend, only current members are eligible to vote.

6:00 pm Social & Networking

6:30 pm PTSA Meeting (includes Principal's Update & voting for 2025-26 Board)

7:00 pm Guest speaker TBD

General Membership Meetings for 2024-2025 will be held in person at the Apex Friendship High School Media Center:

Monday 9/9/2024 6pm light refreshments - 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Monday 1/13/2025 6pm social, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Hybrid Meeting)
Monday 4/14/2025: Social - 6:00 pm, PTSA Meeting - 6:30 pm, Guest Speaker 7:00 p.m. In Person Meeting Only -- all are welcome but must be a PTSA member to vote in the 2025-2026 Executive Board
Monday 5/19/2025 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Monday 6/2/2025 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Tentative)

Meetings are in person only unless specified as "Hybrid" (both in person with a virtual option provided) above (please be patient we navigate any tech challenges) in the Media Center on the second floor at Apex Friendship High School. Our meeting format is: 6:00 pm Social, 6:30 pm PTSA Business, and 7:00 pm Guest Speaker. Agendas and speakers will be posted once they are available.

Everyone (students, staff, and families) is welcome and encouraged to attend, even if you are not yet a member. We look forward to seeing you there - and please bring a friend with you!
