Meetings are in person only unless specified as "Hybrid" (both in person with a virtual option provided) above (please be patient we navigate any tech challenges) in the Media Center on the second floor at Apex Friendship High School.
Our meeting format is:
6:00 pm Social & Networking with light refreshments served
6:30 pm PTSA Business (includes principal's school updates)
7:00 pm Guest Speaker (if available)
Agendas and speakers will be posted once they are available.
Everyone (students, staff, and families) is welcome and encouraged to attend, even if you are not yet a member. We look forward to seeing you there - and please bring a friend with you!
* We do need a minimum of 20 members to reach quorum and only current members are eligible to vote on items on the agenda.

Come meet your fellow AFHS Community Members during our networking session at 6:00 pm.
Then at 6:30 meet your PTSA board & chairs and learn about what's happening. Mr. Pittman will also provide school updates followed by a brief Q&A opportunity.
PTSA business concludes at 7:00 pm and we welcome our guest speaker:
Foundations4Change
Erin Bircher is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s hardest moments and deepest relationship challenges. As the founder of Foundations4Change, she created her practice to offer a safe, supportive space for real healing, growth, and connection. She has 1 student at AFHS plus one who graduated in 2024. Erin is very passionate about student mental health, wellness, and safety.
Erin will provide valuable tips on how students can effectively manage anxiety and personal expectations as well as keeping kids safe online. We are excited to have Erin as our first guest speaker this year! All students, parents, and school staff are welcome!
